This growing risk management broker, with offices nationwide, is looking to expand their newly created northern VA office.  Their current focus is on Public Entity as well as program business, and they are looking to recruit a niche oriented producer whose sector will compliment their strong risk management capabilities (audit, consulting and more).   They are looking for someone with large national broker or regional broker experience that has the ability to bring industry expertise and carrier relationships with them.  Examples of niche segments that would be of interest include:  construction, real estate, non-profits, and manufacturing.  Our client is looking for an entrepreneurial personality that would like to build their own business within a larger company.  They are open to producers who can bring their own support team as well, and they are prepared to create a compensation structure aligned with risk reward strategy.
